1. Open the To look at app on your iPhone and make sure that My watch tab is selected. Then scroll down and choose Coaching.

2. Now press Workout Playlist.

3. Then select a playlist.

From now on, this playlist will automatically start playing when you start a workout unless you are already listening to music.

To note:

  • You can check the amount of music stored on the Apple Watch. To do this, go to the Settings app on your Apple Watch > General > Usage.
  • You can also go to the Apple Watch app on your iPhone > My Watch tab > General > Usage.

How to Delete Music from Apple Watch

1. To begin, open the To look at app on your iPhone. After that press My watch and choose Music.

2. Now you can turn off any auto-added playlists you no longer want on your Apple Watch. To remove music you’ve added to Apple Watch, tap Edit.

3. Finally, press To erase button next to unwanted items.

Note that music you delete from your Apple Watch remains on your iOS device.
